Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

  • Monthly plans: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
  • Annual plans: If you cancel within the first 14 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, cancellations take effect at the end of the annual billing period with no refund.
  • Plan downgrade: Downgrading from a paid plan to Free or to a lower tier takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refund is issued for the remaining period.

2. Physical Product Refunds (NFC Cards, QR Cards, Standees)

  • Defective products: If you receive a defective or damaged NFC card, QR card, or standee, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the product at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
  • Wrong item: If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
  • Change of mind: Since NFC cards and physical products are customized to your profile, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If the product has not been shipped, you may request cancellation for a full refund.
  • Shipping issues: If your order is lost in transit, we will reship at no additional cost after a reasonable waiting period (typically 15 business days from dispatch).

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@ravtap.com with the following details:

  • Your account email address.
  • Order number (for physical products).
  • Reason for the refund request.
  • Photos of defective items (if applicable).

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Currency conversion fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Concierge / done-for-you profile setup services once work has commenced.
  • Premium template purchases after download or activation.
  • Custom domain setup fees.
