1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RavTap ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers, team members, and reseller partners.

2. Description of Service

RavTap provides a digital identity platform that allows users to create smart profiles, share them via QR codes and NFC, capture leads, manage team profiles, and purchase physical NFC products. Features vary by subscription plan (Free, Pro, Business, Reseller).

3. Accounts & Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than the number of workspaces permitted by their plan.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

  • Free accounts are available with limited features as described on our pricing page.
  • Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

5. User Content

  • You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform (text, images, brochures, etc.).
  • By uploading content, you grant RavTap a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the services.
  • You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
  • Distribute spam, malware, or phishing content through profiles or links.
  • Resell or redistribute the Platform without a valid Reseller agreement.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform.

7. Reseller Terms

  • Resellers may create and manage client workspaces on behalf of their clients.
  • Discounts offered to clients must not exceed the maximum discount percentage set by RavTap administration.
  • Resellers are responsible for their clients' compliance with these Terms.
  • RavTap reserves the right to blacklist reseller accounts that violate platform policies.

8. NFC Cards & Physical Products

  • Physical products purchased through the Store are subject to separate shipping timelines and policies.
  • NFC cards are pre-programmed to link to your RavTap profile. You can change the destination at any time from your dashboard.
  • Defective products will be replaced at no additional cost within 30 days of delivery.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data before deletion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RavTap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
